I have been offered a place in MOE as a teacher but turned it down. I prefer a closer approach to teaching. That is where tutoring comes in. While continuing my pursue professionally as an engineer i also enjoy parting knowledge and experience to my students.
My approach is simple yet effective. No long boring lectures but i come in more as a friend to the student so they feel more at ease. This way, i am able to get the most out of themand it can only be good for their studies.
