In secondary school I volunteered as a student mentor for a year, tutoring children at Marian Centre. I also helped out as a teachers' assistant at Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Primary School.
Over the past two years I have seen my 5 students' grades improve dramatically. Initially many of them were failing English and Mathematics, but with my guidance, they managed to pull their grades up to Bs.
