I did relief teaching at Junyuan Secondary school for 6 months and successfully improved the English Language grades of 3 Secondary One classes by twofold. I managed to motivate Normal Technical students who were failing English Language to achieve at least a B in their mid-year examinations. I also orchestrated school-wide exercise to improve the standard of English Language spoken by the students.
I also taught tuition to a girl in Primary 4 for a year and she managed to go from just passing her English and Math exams to getting Bs in both.
