I enjoy working with younger children, particularly those in Kindergarten, P1 & P2. I have been teaching lower primary pupils in a SAP school in the East for the past 6 years, and thus am very familiar with the lower primary EL/MA syllabus and the current approaches of teaching lower primary pupils.
Nevertheless,I am confident to teacher pupils in the upper primary levels as well.
I am also able to teach phonics and reading to pre-primary pupils.I have a Certificate in Teaching Phonics to Children in Early Primary Years awarded by the British Council.
