I have no experience at the moment but I believe I have the ability and knowledge to motivate and help my students. I will identify the areas which the student is weak in initially and during the course of the semester work with the student to improve on his/her weaknesses and at the same time, the student will be encouraged to highlight to me any topics he/she needs more explanation. Towards the exams, I will promulgate a revision plan for the student which will help him/her attain his potential for the subject. Past year examination papers from various schools will be used for the pre-exams revision and also to judge the level of preparedness of the student.
