I am currently working for Singapore International Airlines Engineering Company as a Base Maintenance Executive due to establish as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer start of 2022.
Rapport Building
Normally, I start off the lesson spending 5 mins just talking to the student in the form of an informal chit chat. At the end of the lesson, I will also spend time talking to the parents on the progress of their child and what we manage to achieve in that lesson.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
At the start of the calendar year, I will refer to the MOE website to extract out the syllabuses taught in school and also request for a copy of the student's own school curriculum in the first few lessons so that the lessons I plan will synchronise with what was taught in school.
