Communication is key. Understanding the needs and learning style of each student is important so I can cater to every students needs. Not only that I always try to include the students interests into the subject in some way so they feel more excited and interested in studying.
I believe that teachers and students are partners. Often times I will converse with parents to better understand their children's learning style and how they feel motivated.
