As a Good Tutor
A tutor s job doesn't begin and end with teaching the subject alone. Anyone can teach but only an efficient teacher can help a child understand his shortcomings and thereby, help in focusing on those areas. It is important to build a relationship with the child so that he or she may open up and discuss their needs with the tutor. Above everything, it is also a tutor s duty to make sure that the child doesn't feel discouraged or demotivated. A good tutor should not only teach the subject but try to make a child achieve mastery in it.
