- Other than strengthening student's academics, i believe in fostering personal values and exposures (leadership, management, investment etc.) that students do not learn in school.
- Tutoring with an elements of life coaching (tapping on my experience as a professional / HOD in the offshore industry)
- Design thinking (participated and certified in IBM design thinking)
- Strong rapport with student as friend and monitoring their personal development
Keeping Up with Curriculum
School curriculum is a standard but am developing a curriculum on life coaching hoping to bring out the best in my mentee's personal growth and developement.
