I have had a few students under my care. I thought them both A level Economics for 1 year. As of now, i am fully dedicated to this tutoring job and dedicated in making sure my tutees hit their goals
I can commit to a tuition assignment until 2020 O and A levels have ended. I can start as soon as possible.
Rapport Building
I build rapport by convincing my students that they are intelligent, and it is all a matter of whether they can transfer their intelligence to the exam papers, and whether they are willing to put in the effort to hit their goals. I make things easy and concise, and I always encourage them.
I build rapport with parents, by making them aware of their children's strengths and progress, and by being friendly and assuring to them.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I keep myself up with the curriculum by keeping in touch with my juniors for my JC as i visit the college often. I also read up on the subjects and practice using multiple assessment books in order to have the robust knowledge required to tutor students.
As a Good Tutor
I think good tutors know how to motivate students, as well as facilitate learning in students. To motivate and get the students to learn, I feel that a good tutor should understand his/her students well.
