Tutoring Subjects

Commitment / Other Details: Able to start anytime as long as the location and time are favourable.

Rapport Building: Used to be a weak student in various subjects myself, I used to go for tuition lessons five days a week, and I understand how tedious and monotonous tuition experience can be. As such, I would try to ensure that the tuition experience is as engaging and fun as possible by including small treats and rewards for the student if he/she does well. Only when the student finds the subject manageable and engaging, then would he/she be willing to absorb and learn.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I am currently an undergraduate Majoring in Finance and Minoring in Accounting with Singapore University of Social Sciences. As such, I have been in touch with accounting related subjects over the last two years. I also have the experience of providing small 2 hour lessons for students who failed their paper.

As a Good Tutor: Ensuring the lessons are fun and engaging while providing and explaining practice questions. Introduction of acronyms to help memorise specific less straight-forward concept would also help in the area of accounting.
