I have been teaching JC and secondary levels in a local top school for 6 years. Students find me very engaging and can explain difficult concepts clearly and in a simple yet accurate manner.
I teach in a fun and engaging manner, which most students like. I also share stories with my students when relevant to content I'm teaching, which helps them relate to me more easily. I enjoy keeping up with current trends that students are interested in, so it helps me relate to them better.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I read the syllabi of all levels that I am teaching on a regular basis. I also chat with friends teaching in other schools on a regular basis to ensure that how I guide students in tuition is correct and aligns to how they should be answering.
As a Good Tutor
As a good tutor, one should be able to recognise the needs of a student and help meet the needs of the student. A good tutor should not only be able to address the needs that a student is aware of, but also be able to recognise needs that the student may not be conscious about.
