Rapport Building: I believe understanding student's and parents' needs and expectations will help me communicate better with them.

Feedback with parents is important to ensure that they are aware of their child's progress and of the lesson plan. Good communication helps build trust.

For children (specifically art), Art classes should be fun and aim to nurture their interest and passion instead of forcing them to follow a strict curriculum.

Also, I believe having a warm and friendly personality makes me approachable to both the parent and student.
