I used to teach when I was in NTU. I haven't done paid tutoring jobs since, but I have been guiding my neighbours and cousins in mathematics. I'm very patient and will definitely do my best to help!

I would first find out where are the problem areas. If they have any concerns and other things they are willing to share with me. From there, I'll do my best to work with them. I have an open door policy and you can ask me anything or feedback anything that you feel you would prefer.

I have the latest textbooks based on MOE syllabus and do keep myself up to date on the methods used.
As a Good Tutor
A good tutor have to be patient and be able to explain in a clear and easy to understand manner. He/she will have to learn to listen and also instill good values while teaching. He/she needs to be approachable so that the student will not be afraid or shy to share his or her problems or difficulties.
