I believe in not just teaching the curriculum but equipping students with the necessary tools that facilitate self-learning, rather than spoon-feeding them. I also adjust my methods and strategies in response to the individual student's ability to learn the material being presented. I am a firm believer of 'one size does not fit all' and will cater to each student's needs accordingly.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: Before I take up any assignment, I have the dedication and motivation to know the curriculum inside out by going through all the latest books and updated syllabus and test papers. I will complete workbooks and assessment books and will equip myself with all the necessary tools required to efficiently impart knowledge to the student. I will engage the student thoroughly, not only with delivering the curriculum and helping out with homework, but also facilitating the student to be self-reliant and to ask questions. I will not spoon-feed the student, but rather allow for the students to derive at their own solutions with proper guidance and problem-solving skills.
