Rapport Building
With students I will build rapport by asking them about what happen in sch and understand how they feel in sch. By talking , I will be able to understand does the kid lack confident or insufficient of knowledge/ foundation.
As for parents, I will update them every month where their kid(s) stand and how to help them at home.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I have a group of friends from different Pri sch as well as friends from the tutoring industry. I will occasionally talk to them to understand the syllabus as well as approach in handling kids.
As a Good Tutor
I believe as a good tutor, most important is to be passionate about teaching and caring for he kids. Only when student start to feel the trust and care, they will work with the teacher to achieve synergy in their learning process. Also a tutor is the mentor and buddy to bring the best result out of each child.
