Rapport Building
I think that the rapport built between parents and students are both equally important. I am able to interact with my students and talk to them in a more approachable manner, understanding the way youths today think. As I understand that parents are also concerned with the progress of their children, upon requested I will provide a short summary via whatsapp every month to ensure parents that their children are in good hands.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Having left the education system not long ago, I am very in touch with the curriculm. However to ensure that I am properly updated, I often read up on the latest textbooks and materials to ensure I deliver high quality lessons and help my students produce good results.
