Rapport Building: 1.2009-2016 in Shuqun Primary School,2019-Present St Andrew Jr School
2.Taught over 8000 hrs 1 to 1 tuition Chinese Language lessons (K1-K2,Pri1-Pri4,Sec1-Sec4 and JC1-JC2).
3.Did some P5/P6 borderline cases for Primary School,a lot of them improve from 40/50 to 60-70,thanks for Children and Parents hard work together with me!
4.Most of my Secondary school students usually maintain 65-75 or above mark range in school, their o level results ranging from B3-A1, i am very familiar with Secondary school syllabus,most of my Sec school students were my Primary school tutees or their siblings,many thanks to the trust from their parents.
5.I developed very unique system for primary school and secondary school students to learn Chinese Writing,Reading,Speaking,Reading skills and is very exam oriented but not boring.
6.I was a PSLE Chinese marker and Oral examiner.
7.I developed a lot of Learning Materials in school,i was well known of this when i was in Shuqun Primary School.
8.For 1 to 1 tuition, my teaching is mostly discussion based, students developed their learning note together with me.
9.Homework is expected,but i will discuss with students and parents about the workload to make sure children have a study-life balance.
10.My P4 student achieved National On-The-Spot Composition Writing Competition first place while i was in Shuqun Primary School.
11.I am teaching Higher Chinese also, students used to have good results.but there is still room for improvement for their Composition and Comprehension.
