I build rapport by engaging in frequent conversations with parents and students to understand the subjects/topics that the student is particularly weak in and try to focus on building up the knowledge of the student on those weaker subjects/topics.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I will research online such as MOE websites to find out latest changes in curriculum and the structure of assessment and tune my teaching to match those changes.
As a Good Tutor
I believe that the key for students for students to grasp mathematical concepts is to guide them into deeper thinking and exposing them to exciting real life examples as much as possible.
