Constant engagement is very important for me. Students are encouraged to speak up about the difficulties they face in school and asked me questions anytime (whatsapp). Parents are also encouraged to communicate with me regarding problems they think their child face or their child's current progress. In order to do well it is not solely a student's or a teacher's problem. It is a unity of effort and I will be there for both students and parents to help them fulfill the student's potential
