I believe that being young is my advantage, as I understand the newer syllabuses better.
As a Good Tutor
While professionalism should be maintained, being able to connect with students is just as important. I would choose to give tips and advises to students as a senior, as I think that it is crucial for students to be able to open up and voice out the difficulties they face in their studies, which I think is something most local students face as an obstacle to seek proper help from their teachers in school.
