Rapport Building
Constant monitoring of each student progress and their capabilities and then tackle the students individually with respect to their level. Group tuition encourages competition, and discussions at the same time, will also make the sessions more interesting and less stressful for the students.
Feedbacks will be provided to parents on the progress of their child frequently.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Following school text book and syllabus, additional guidance / assessment books which are accurate to the syllabus will be selected and to be worked on.

As a good tutor, you need to have not only the teaching skill pertaining to the subject, but also patience and adaptability to different students. A good tutor shall also be a mentor to the students to guide them or give advices when required.
