Communication with parents is very important to me. I also beleive that each child has his/her own way of learning and it is important to identify that and teach him/her in that particular approach.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I am constantly aware of the curriculum as I keep in touch with contacts of current school teachers, and students who are still in primary/secondary school.
As a Good Tutor
Being able to identify the students strengths and encouraging them in the weaker areas. Also, it is important for tutors to be patient with students to build a healthy rapport and understanding with them.
