I believe in talking to the student and parents about what they think is the best for them, then figuring out what is their problem and see what is the best way to help them. I think every student is different so it is important that different methods are used for different students.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I tutor students and keep myself updated! Also, I still have connections with many teachers so these are the ways I can update myself with different levels.
As a Good Tutor
I think one very important thing is the click between the student and tutor. Encouragement also plays a very big role because many students get very discouraged after scoring poor results. The tutor should frequently encourage the student and try to find the click with the student, to see what makes the student learn better.
