I will speak to the parents about their needs in terms of their children first. Secondly, I will speak to their children and I will weight the needs of the parents and the children. I will proceed to tailor a teaching method which will help both of them.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I will usually go to the MOE website to check if there are any changes and I will usually visit Popular and take a look at the assessment books.
As a Good Tutor
It is important to know the needs of both parents and the student and it is also crucial to know how much the children are able to absorb at one session. Being empathetic is important too. Most importantly, no two students are the same and thus teaching methods got to be tailored to each of them
