Rapport Building
I have working experience with the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF Child Protection) as a Child Protection Coordinator and also in the Institute of Mental Health, National Addictions Management Service & National Council on Problem Gambling (IMH, NAMS & NCPG) as a Para-Counselor. I have gained some experiences handling cases that deal with children aged 16 and below related to abusive situations. had also developed skills like critical thinking, problem solving and knowledge while working in the childcare and student care industry. I have also been tutoring part-time to students from different schools for the past 10 years assisting them to upgrade not only in education but also in their character and skills.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
In order for teachers to remain effective over the years, they must keep up-to-date with constant changes in educational research, development and policy. There are now digital ways to also keep up to date with the changing curriculum. Every tutor learns with each student and is given the opportunity to learn the changing curriculum and time in the education system.
