Every child is unique and their learning curve varies from one another. Over all these years of coaching my fellow peers and siblings with their studies, I have learned that 'patience' is the key. I have learned to be patient and observant to know individual child's needs and their problems with certain subjects. Such that I was able to adopt different teaching method to resolve their difficulty in understanding one subject. Upon realizing that I was able to make a difference in my peers and siblings' result, I am inspired to teach more students and hopefully make a difference in theirs too.

Patience and observance is important so as to know every child's needs and their problems with certain subjects. Also, it is best to learn how to connect with the children. Kids want to be understood and connected with their tutors, so that they can share with their problems faced while in school.
