As a good tutor, you need to be committed and passionate about your work. You need to understand the subjects you are teaching thoroughly and be good at explaining things to students. You need to be efficient with time and help the students to learn as much as possible from every lesson. You need to analyse each student and teach them according to their weaknesses and be very patient with people. You need to communicate well with the students and their parents. You also need to be on time and flexible with schedules.
