Tuition/Teaching Experience
I have 5 years of teaching experiences in MOE secondary schools and I have taught different streams eg Express, Normal Academic, Normal Technical and CLB. I would use English to explain if necessary
I am able to start my tuition from March until October.
Rapport Building
Normally I would talk to the student and get to know more about him or her. I would focus on their weakness of the subject and helped them to improve. I would contact parents to share and feedback about the performance of their children so both parent and myself can work together to assist the student.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I have all the materials needed and I have ex colleagues who are still working as teachers under MOE. I would keep in touch with them and keep myself updated with the curriculum.
As a Good Tutor
I think the basic qualities of good tutors are be patient, caring and always focus on students' learning. Many students in Singapore actually struggle a lot in learning Chinese so I wish I can help to ease their burden for the preparation of school exam, O or N level Examination.
