When I was in secondary school, I was involved in peer tutoring sessions. I taught underprivileged primary school students from a neighbourhood school. I believe that this exposure has enabled me to hone my explanation skills. Under my tutelage, some of the students have shown marked improvement within a short span of time. Witnessing their progress is the greatest satisfaction I got from this job. I believe that no one student is born with a lesser ability. With hard work and the right strategies, a student will be able to make stellar performance and achieve good academic results.
