As a Good Tutor
It takes a lot of patience and understanding to be a good tutor. A tutor with the best academic result does not make a good tutor if he/she does not understand the students and have rapport with them. Understanding the character of the students is important in order to be able to instill interest of the subject in them and to teach them more effectively.
