I treat students as a friend, no matter their age. Understand their learning styles and curate the lesson accordingly. For kids that are younger, I tend to plan the lesson beforehand and keep parents updated.

Consistently viewing exam papers from other schools. Be very familiar with past year series.
As a Good Tutor
Patience & empathy are key for effective teaching. As a Singaporean student who has been through the education system, i understand how tough and tiring studying can be. Helping students to learn effectively and in a fun way would be my primary concern. Students can also ask me if they have questions after the session.
