I will record the student's progress and find out his or her weakness areas. From there, I will focus more on where he or she is weak at. Also, I will try to understand the student's emotional changes toward the subjects.

A good tutor will help the student to do well and fine the best way of study and motivation for his or her student. A good tutor will never discourage his or her student. They will make the student more confident and concur the weak subject.
