Rapport Building
I usually get to know the student and their learning styles to make tutoring them alot more fruitful. For an instance, I have used monopoly money to make my primary 2 student understand money and my very artistic secondary 3 student draw a comic strip to understand his history chapter. I like to become friends with my student to allow them to be comfortable around me so that they learn better.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I use the school's textbook as well as the students notes to keep up with the current school curriculum.
As a Good Tutor
As a good tutor, I belief I need to be firm when teaching but also friendly and empathetic.
