I want to develop a friendly relationship between students and parents. First of all i want to know about the academic background of each student and their subjects of interest. Then only i can access them and i can train them according to their curriculum. For that i need a healthier communications with their parents because only parents know their positives and flaws. I believe close and harmonious relationship with students help me to guide them in a better way and to make them bright, competitive and as well as a good individual.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Teaching is a position which demand teacher to learn new things in daily manner as same as a student do. i keep track on student syllabus and i follow the curriculum format to teach them. I browse ideas, materials in internet to keep me update as well as i am a good reader.
As a Good Tutor
A teacher will be the role model for many students, apart from home students spend more time in school and with teachers. So a teacher can easily influence a student and can mold a student according to their capability, skills and interest. i believe a good tutor must have Knowledge about student, Knowledge about subjects and society, Good Communication Skill, way of representing ideas, make students to think more, make students to fall in love with subjects, presentable and more over friendly
