Constant contact and communication especially with parents. I am only with the kid probably 2h per week and taking out the average time the kid spent in school learning, more than 50% of the time is spent at home and thus, I firmly believe the progress of a child's education is very much a team effort by both the parents and me.

I constantly review MOE's syllabus to stay relevant and updated.
As a Good Tutor
