I am an ex-school teacher. I have taught for 7 years in India. I mostly taught science, English, Maths and Hindi. I am a part time tutor for past 2years in Singapore.
I can start ASAP and am committed for the entire academic year. I can also take group tuition mostly on weekends at Simei
Rapport Building
I am very patient with children as I know that by putting pressure on them will make the subject uninteresting for children. Slowly and gradually I raise their bar so that not only they start loving the subjects but also get great score. So far parents have today me that the chided oops forward for the tuition class which is feel is the greatest achievement for me.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I always finish my portion in advance so that we can get enough time to revise.
As a Good Tutor
I have worked very hard with my student. One of my student of S1 started to score more than 90% in Science from 50% which says a lot about me.
As a good tutor I am playful with the younger ones. I make them laugh and make them feel very comfortable with me.
I am a friend to the secondary students . I know their weaknesses and strength as I am a mother of a teenager too.
Being friend and playful does not mean that I compromise on study. I am firm when I am teaching and all of them have shown an ascending graph in their education.
