Rapport Building
As a tutor, I believe that I should be firm but not fierce with the students. I will be more than willing to help the students with their studies and I believe that if the students are willing to work hard and cooperate, their grades will definitely improve. I will update the parents about the progress of their child at least once every four lessons. I will also update the parents about the behaviour of their child in class truthfully.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I will visit the Moe website to see the curriculum and plan my lessons accordingly. I will ensure that I am still able to solve the math questions in class.
As a Good Tutor
As a good tutor, I believe that it is never about the pay. We should constantly keep track of the progress of the students. We should also be enthusiastic about lessons and we should never give up on our students. We must always teach with a goal in mind and that is to improve the student's grades.
