Through feedback and communications with students and parents, i'm able to gather enough information to conduct day to day lessons as close to progress in school curriculum. i update myself by keeping in touch with the subjects year to year for the past couple of decades.
As a Good Tutor
Primary objectives of a tutor is to help the student improve in his studies, this may be many forms besides examination results, though good results are one for the most prioritised area. i believe imparting of knowledge and understanding of the purpose of education is important too. helping the student in problem solving, building their self-confidence, increase their capacities to work under pressure, building their self-awareness and esteem, instill them with sense of purpose and urgency. i believe good and committed tutors could help in these areas where ever they are lacking. through such efforts, students mostly will find learning more enjoyable and thus more motivated and proficient in their studies.
