When I was serving my national service, I was posted to HQNCC as a training coordination officer. I am constantly exposed to children from uniform groups and have become attuned to their wavelength. I have on several occasions counselled cadets with problems. I am confident that I can provide a comfortable environment for children to thrive in academically.
