As a Good Tutor
As a tutor, I believe that every student has their own learning styles and needs. Before starting the programme proper,I would do some diagnostics with the student to analyse his weaknesses before deriving a plan to deliver the best outcomes.
I also believe in engaging the parents to keep them updated on their child's progress. I think communicating honestly and forming a partnership with the parents is key for achieving the best results.
