Keeping Up with Curriculum
Currently I am studying maths and science subjects at first year in SUTD so it is closely linked to what I have learnt in A and O levels. I also make sure that I am kept abreast with the curriculum.
As a Good Tutor
I have been teaching many students during my previous school breaks and holidays and I feel that being calm and patient allow me to guide the students through confusing concepts better. I usually try to find different ways to explain certain concepts until the student get a good grasp of them. I also encourage students to ask questions anytime they want, even through phone or quick texts, so as to clarify their doubts and expand their intellectual curiosity. Due revisions and quizzes are what I believe to help students check their understanding, reinforce the memory and able to apply what they have learnt.
