Rapport Building
I normally try to understand student's wants and needs. I will identify which teaching method works for them and cater to individual students differently. I also communicate with parents and update them on their child's progress. This is to provide a sense of assurance for the parents.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I will make sure that I am up to date with the curriculum by constantly checking the MOE website on the syllabus and purchasing new study guides every year to teach my students.
