Tuition/Teaching Experience
I have 8 years of experience, many of my students improved after only several months of tuition. I am patient and love kids. I believe in constant practising in order to improve.
I would usually communicate with the parents after every lesson(if possible) or at least once a week, to explain to them what i have taught for that particular week. I would also point out what the child is weaker in and would advice what the parents should do i order to improve the child's marks.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
With many students on hand, ranging from pri1-pri6, i am constantly updated with the syllabus and aware of the standards of different schools.
As a Good Tutor
I feel being patient is necessary when it comes to dealing with kids. The passion of teaching must be there as well in order to communicate well with my students. I love kids, hence, other than shaping them academically, i feel it is important to shape them in their life values as well.
