Teaching 16 years has enriched my life. I am still enjoying the coaching my students to achieve their academic goals and the sense of achievement fulfils me.
I will find out from my student their academic goals and together we work out the action plan with the time frame. I believe this will give both tutor and students the commitment to achieve it.

Normally I will give a brief update to the parent every session. If the parent is working, I may send her a sms or email.

I am constantly in touch with the MOE website and have attended workshops to upgrade my teaching skills.

Find out the students' weakness and strength from the test paper and plan out strategies to help the students to achieve their academic goal/
