Even though I am not a MOE-certified teacher, but I have had experience of lecturing on IT subjects at University level for a year. In addition, throughout my prior corporate careers, I have been training professionals on IT systems for many years. Finally, I also have more than 8 years of private tuition experience from P3 to Sec4.
I have a strong track record in improving the grades of all my students. The reason, I believe, is because I am enthusiastic and good in explaining difficult concepts to my students, arousing their interest in the subjects. I am also very patient with my students, which is another important trait for successful tutorship.

As a Good Tutor
I always try to understand a student's personality first. Because that will always let me know what is the best way to stimulate the student's interest in the subject. Once a student takes a liking to a subject, it will be easier to work on improving his/her grades. It will be even better if the interest becomes life-long, and not just to serve the purpose of exam.
