Rapport Building
For parents, the progress of the student is paramount and I will make sure that i keep the parents updated on the students progress on a consistent basis (at least once bi-weekly).
For students, the mains ingredients for building rapport with the students is trust and dedication. Trust your students, do your best for them and you will be rewarded with rapport with the student.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I review the guidelines as stipulated by the SEAB for all subjects at the beginning of each year to ensure I am up to date with the latest syllabus content.
At the end of each year, i would also analyse the prelim and GCE examination questions to keep track of the style of question setting.
