I possess high adaptability to new environment and comfortable in working with different people. I can communicate efficiently with other using Mandarin and English. Personally, I have strong faith in visual and read/write learning style. I find that students understand scientific and mathematical concept with visual aids such as diagrams and drawings. I also advocate for read/write learning as I believe that only regular practices is necessary to assist student in familiarizing with the content, be it the use of language or concept.
