As a Good Tutor
A good tutor should be patience with the student. A short-tempered tutor will do nothing but to add extra stress on the student and might actually hinder learning. A good tutor must find balance in trying to help students understand concepts in details and give (suitable amount of) practice exercises of suitable level of difficulty to the students. A good tutor must look for a gradual improvements from the students and adapt accordingly to the level of understanding as well as the learning style of the student, which is why he must be able to assess the student's abilities as accurately as possible.
