Tuition/Teaching Experience
I am currently tutoring a 7-year old child from China so as to help him improve his English and prepare him for his upcoming MOE entrance examination in October. I have lessons with him once a week, 1.5hr.s. To motivate him to focus and do well during my lessons, I came up with a points system to reward him for his hardwork.
I am also tutoring a P4 student in English so as to help him improve and do well for his end-of-year examinations. I apply the same points system with him and so far, he has been coping well our lessons.
